To ensure a pleasant stay for both you and future guests, we would like to urge you to follow the following rules and regulations:
The number of guests allowed to stay in the villas is limited to the number mentioned in your booking.
No pets allowed.
Please use the safety deposit boxes. The hotel has no responsibility in case of lost valuables.
Smoking is not allowed in the suites & Villas. Please keep fire hazards in mind if you do smoke in the garden or the surrounding premises, especially during summer. If you do smoke on the premises and the garden, please use the ashtrays. Be aware that you are close to nature and of course there will be regular bout of insects etc. Kindly keep the doors and windows shut especially in the evening to avoid them coming indoors.
For the safety of you and your family members / friends, it is not allowed for visitors under the age of 17 to enter the garden or pool unattended.
Organizing parties at the villa or gardens is not allowed.
If we notice any damage to property, lost or stolen property, we will subtract the costs of replacement from your deposit/credit card. We will inform you within 2 days of your departure if this is the case.
If cleaning the villa after your departure takes longer than 1 hour, we will subtract at least 50 Euros cleaning costs from the deposit (depending on the time necessary to clean).
Please keep in mind that our property has an organic farm. Please treat with great respect to nature, take a quiet walk with mother nature, it will nurture your mind, body and soul.
Please ensure that the umbrellas are folded down, in case of bad weather or strong winds.
Power outages: under extreme weather conditions, there may be a power outage. We would like to ask that you, if a storm arises, turn off and remove as many plugs as possible. If the lights fail, there are emergency lights and candles in all the villas.
The toilets are attached to a septic tank. This means that it is not allowed to flush toilet paper or any other materials.
Extended Check Outs are possible only on availability with prior notice which will be charged extra and the same will be deducted from guest security deposit/credit card if any.
Please ensure that children are supervised at all times while using or playing next to the swimming pool.
Guest explicitly agrees to use all facilities and amenities in and around the Property entirely at the Guest’s own initiative, risk and responsibility. Further, Guest hereby Indemnifies as well as waives and releases any claims against Ikies of Mykonos on Hire team and the Property Owner and their successors, assigns, employees or representatives, officially or otherwise, for any Loss, Injuries or Death that may be sustained by Guest and / or his / her party on or near or adjacent to the Property, including any common facilities, activities or amenities for whatsoever reason/s.
